We offer free 365 day returns to our customers at Loop Cashmere. 365 Day Returns After our standard 3 month return period, until the first anniversary of your order arriving, you can return anything that does not meet your naturally high quality expectations (things like wear and tear are included, though garments damaged by your three year old granddaughter, worn whilst changing your engine oil, or attacked by your miniature schnauzer and so forth, don't unfortunately qualify). So, if you're not happy, we will give you the option of exchanging your item or receiving account credit for the amount you paid. Should anything spring a fault in the first 6 months, we will, of course, give you your money back.
