The other is for a discount on all Dubai hotels if you spend enough money. Otel.com doesn't have many promo codes. Most of the time you can get your discount just by using their services. They work out special discounts with hotels around the world so they can offer you the lowest prices online. Also, with their 5% cash back offer there aren't many travel booking websites that can beat Otel.
